- Exhibitor space – 10’ x 5’ (1 table and 2 chairs; tablecloth)*
*Note: trade show space is limited; the area provided for trade show booth is 10’ x 5’5’ ; pull-up banners are encouraged
Registration will be available online only. Payment for registration is by invoice, VISA or MasterCard via our secure website using the PayPal service. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment online. Sponsors can be invoiced upon request.
Cancellation Policy for 2017
All cancellations must be in writing (email or fax to coordinator). Refunds for cancellations will be provided as follows:
- Cancellations received up to Friday August 18th: full refund, less $50 administration fee.
- Cancellations received between Saturday August 19th to Friday September 8th: 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after Saturday September 9th, 2017: no Refund
