Thank you for your registration for the 2019 Kivalliq Trade Show. The details of your registration are below.

Aptly themed, A Year of Celebration marks the 10th anniversary of the Kivalliq Trade Show September 23rd – 25th 2019.

For your planning purposes, the trade show event will begin the evening of Monday, September 23rd with a Meet and Greet Hospitality Suite at the Siniktarvik Hotel. Doors open at 7PM.  Pick up your name badge and delegate package and enjoy meeting and catching up with Kivalliq’s business community. The Trade Show will take place on Tuesday, September 24th (Trade show floor open 10AM-12PM and 1:30PM-5PM, Location TBA).  There will be presentations on Wednesday, September 25th (location TBA). Banquet evening is Wednesday night, doors open at 6PM (Location TBA).

We anticipate that most delegates will fly into Rankin Inlet on Monday, September 23rd and fly out Thursday, September 26th or Friday, September 27th.

Hotel space has been blocked in all Rankin Inlet hotels. Please reference Kivalliq Trade Show when booking your accommodations. A list of hotels is included under the accommodation tab on the website.
