The following is included in your Delegate registration:
Registration is available online only. Payment for registration is by VISA or MasterCard via our secure website using the PayPal service. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment online. Sponsors can be invoiced upon request.
All cancellations must be in writing (email or fax to coordinator). Refunds for cancellations will be provided as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the slow internet connections speeds in Nunavut, you may experience a delayed response from the system confirming your registration. In more extreme cases you might receive an error message after hitting submit indicating your registration was not received when in fact it has. If you cannot complete your registration please try again. Duplicate registrations will be removed, if payment is duplicated it will be refunded.
We apologize in advanced for this delay while we work to improve the connection speeds, an alternative might be to avoid peak business hours and try registering first thing in the morning or later in the day.
