2021 Program:

While 2020 would have been our 11th Annual Kivalliq Trade Show with the theme “Building Together,” the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the trade show, and we are now “Building Together Virtually.” The Kivalliq Trade Show Society team has developed a speaker series to engage with our audience in March of this year.

On Tuesday, March 23rd in first virtual session entitled Climate Change and Its Impact on Nunavut will include speakers from a Rankin Inlet renewable energy project, from the Government of Nunavut’s’ Climate Change Secretariat, and from the Geological Survey of Canada.

On Wednesday, March 24th in our second virtual session entitled Energy Policies we will engage speakers to address current policies that relate to renewable and alternative energy programs in Nunavut.
