2023 Kivalliq Trade Show - Registration Refund Policy
If you have to cancel your registration, we will offer a 100% refund if you cancel up to July 31st, 2023.
Cancellations between August 1st and August 31st, 2023, will be offered a 50% refund.
As of September 1st, 2023, registration will be non-refundable.
In the event that the 2023 Kivalliq Trade Show is cancelled, including if cancelled for public health reasons, the KTSS will offer refunds on registration, less an administration fee.

The KTSS will continue to monitor public health advisories and best practices around keeping our delegates safe, and will implement required and recommended health and safety policies as needed.
By registering for and attending the Kivalliq Trade Show, you are agreeing to follow any and all requirements and regulations in place at the time of the trade show, which may include masking, physical distancing, handwashing, and other requirements.
